Public Offer Agreement

1.1. This document constitutes an official offer (public offer) of the online store https://itnet.uz, owned by ITGroup (hereinafter — "Seller"), addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — "Buyer"). 1.2. In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this document is a public offer. Placing an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer. 1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver networking equipment and related products to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this offer. 2.2. Product name, quantity, price, and specifications are determined based on the information published on https://itnet.uz at the time of order placement.

3.1. Orders are placed by the Buyer on https://itnet.uz by adding items to the cart and completing the order form. 3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides: name, contact phone number, email (optional), delivery and payment method. 3.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives a notification with the order number. The Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the order. 3.4. The order is considered confirmed after the manager contacts the Buyer.

4.1. Product prices are listed on the website in Uzbek soums (UZS) and include VAT where applicable. 4.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices unilaterally. The price at the time of order placement is final for that order. 4.3. Payment is accepted via: — cash on delivery; — bank card (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard); — bank transfer to the Seller's account; — Click or Payme payment systems. 4.4. For legal entities, payment is made by invoice based on a contract.

5.1. Delivery in Tashkent is carried out by courier within 1 business day. Free delivery for orders over 500,000 UZS. 5.2. Delivery across Uzbekistan is carried out by transport company within 2–3 business days. Delivery cost is calculated individually. 5.3. Self-pickup from the office at: Tashkent, Chilanzar, Arnasay st., 34. Mon–Sat 9:00–18:00. 5.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

6.1. All products come with manufacturer's warranty. Warranty period is specified in the product description and/or warranty card. 6.2. The Buyer may return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the product appearance, consumer properties, and packaging are preserved (in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Consumer Rights Protection"). 6.3. 7.1. The Seller is not liable for damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of goods. 7.2. The Seller is not liable for the content of third-party websites linked from the site. 7.3. The parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in case of force majeure.

8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Seller's location in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
